I had emailed Premier Design inquiring about a particular piece of furniture and after receiving an informative reply, we drove over to the store to get additional details and to talk in person. Loren greeted us and explained the features of the item we were interested in, and while he was preparing a quote for us, my husband and I wandered through the store. We were in awe of the beautiful furniture. While wandering, we found the perfect extending table (it tucks neatly inside a 20" deep cabinet but can be extended to 90"!!)!! It is perfect for the space that we have and I'm excited to use it. The detail and craftsmanship of the furniture in their store is incredible. I was very impressed with the sales person at Premier Design in Arthur last week. Amanda was very knowledgeable of the furniture we were shopping for and extremely helpful. She was a very pleasant young lady and a joy to work with. We purchased a beautiful hickory bedroom suite that was on display and she worked out all the details for us to buy it and is now able to store it until our remodel is complete in a couple of months. I was also impressed with some of the outdoor furniture Premier had on display and look to purchase a swing and some table and chairs soon. We absolutely love our kitchen table. We worked with Joseph and his team and sat on every kitchen chair he had! What a selection! We were unsure of our stain color and Joseph sent me samples so I could look at them in our home. It was a wonderful experience. We wanted a more antique/vintage/worm hole type of look and Joseph understood my perspective from start to finish. The delivery was well worth it and it arrived in perfect condition. Lauren delivered it and was also impressed. The furniture was worth the price and this will be a table for a lifetime. The quality of the furniture was fantastic! The drive was worth the time and we hope to be back in the future for more pieces for our home.

HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!!Let me start off by saying that I am a perfectionist and rarely does a company exceed my expectations. Premier Design Cabinets and Furniture has! Our first experience with Joseph and his team was about 4 years ago when we purchased a stunningly beautiful bedroom set! Everyone that sees it just loves it. Today, we just received some counter height barstools. Just like our bedroom set they are perfect, beautiful and made to last! Appreciate that we live in Texas but have family in central Illinois. They were the ones that initially turned us on to this awesome furniture store. We stopped in their new store over Thanksgiving and have our eye on 2 more pieces for our home. Premier Design Cabinets and Furniture may be a long way from our home but they treat us like neighbors. The whole team is SO nice and they build such great quality furniture! I give them my highest recommendation!

As soon as we walked in the door, Amanda said hello and asked if she could help us. We looked around and decided to get a quote on a dining room set. She instantly showed us table designs and colors. Amanda wrote up a quote quickly. We decided to go for lunch and decide. After lunch, we came back and Rhoda was extremely helpful while Amanda was at lunch. She helped us decide on a favorite chair. The new quote was written and we placed the order. Amanda and Rhoda were great! They were both very knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly they made it fun with their bubbly personalities. We headed to Arthur for the day (2+ hour drive) and visited four furniture stores. Premier Design had the BEST price, wonderful customer service, and very customizable pieces. AMANDA was our sales person. She provided us EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from the moment we arrived at your store. She met us outside as we looked your lovely patio furniture. She was VERY Knowledgeable about the products you offer. We had questions about availability of some of your outdoor pieces and furniture in the store. She answered questions we had about different types of wood or stain in some of your furniture pieces. She had answers to all of our questions! If she was uncertain about something, she knew where to find the answer, that is an expertise of great value in customer service! She told us of upcoming sales and specials and invited us to join your customer mailing list. We ended up leaving your store after purchasing a bedroom suit and plan to revisit your store to buy some outside furniture in the near future. I give Amanda a five star rating! What an asset Amanda is to your business. We will be back!

Premier was recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. We were greeted with a smile and a friendly face. We were looking for chairs to go with our antique oak table. I was looking for a certain size and the sweet young lady got out a tape measure and she measured several chairs, lining them up according to size. She showed us several options and helped to choose a stain that would compliment our table. The chairs are beautiful and very sturdy! We’ve never had such nice chairs and we are so pleased.
