We always love visiting Arcola. It’s a special little town. We were looking for furniture for our living (log) room. We found Premier Design, met with Loren, who helped us pick out some wonderful chairs (gliders) with awesome fabric designs. We also purchased an end table and coffee table as well. We couldn’t be happier. The furniture is perfectly suited for our log cabin room. All the employees (Amanda, Loren, Tracy) we met at the store were super friendly and helpful. Tim and Loren delivered the furniture and set it up in our living room. Everything was in perfect condition. Great job by all!

 
I have never had anything less than excellent service from the wonderful folks at Premier Design Furniture. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Every interaction with folks in the store has been delightful; the ladies I’ve worked with have been very knowledgeable and have been able to answer every question asked. I’ve ordered items by visiting the store when I’m in Illinois and also by finding something online and ordering by email and telephone.

I’ve ordered a dining room table, chairs, bar stools, and living room furniture (chairs, ottomans, and end table) and every item was beautifully crafted to the specifications chosen. I was able to choose the type and color of the wood and the fabric of the chairs and everything has been exactly what was ordered. The shipping cost was not outrageous and the items that were delivered were brought straight to my door.

If you’re interested in beautiful, solid furniture that will last several lifetimes, Premier Design is the place to go.

 
Everything , location, quality of products and the friendly environment and staff could not be any better. We went there for open house with no intentions of buying anything however once we seen and sat in the gliders we knew it was destined for them to be on our porch to help us enjoy our retirement. Delivery staff was also very helpful and professional. We highly recommend going to look around. I promise you it will be hard not to see something there that would be great at your house

We ordered an oak coffee table from your business a few weeks ago. It is absolutely beautiful, exactly what I ordered. The workmanship is excellent, and we are glad I ordered from Premiere Design.

We started out buying two lawn chairs and a table because I was able to sit in them comfortably and still touch the ground. Amanda then told us that they had a short recliner, but they had just sold the one in stock. She stayed in touch and let us know when the chair was in again. We went to the store planning to buy one recliner and ended up buying two! The customer service is amazing (Something that you rarely find these days!) and the quality of the furniture is top notch. Thank you so much!

Beautiful show room kind and caring staff greeted friendly at the door very pleasant gave us room to look and browse and enjoy looking at the furniture but was there to answer all our questions and concerns without hesitation high end quality with down-home country pricing

We visited on a leek after shopping at Beachy,
intending only to look, as we were just starting to shop for a dining set. As we were perusing the furniture, we were approached by Amanda. The long and short of it is she walked us through your whole process, showed us different styles, wood, and finishes, and put together the perfect table and chairs for us. Never once did we feel anything but welcomed and attended to; there was absolutely no pressure at all. When all was said and done, we stood outside your store and were stunned that we had just bought the exact dining set we were looking for. Amanda is an absolute joy to work with and a consummate professional.
We received our table recently. It was delivered and assembled by two pleasant
and competent gentlemen who persevered despite having to navigate the destruction from Helene in our area. And the table and chairs? Possibly the most beautiful furniture we’ve ever owned. We thoroughly enjoy it.

AMANDA was our sales person. She provided us EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from the moment we arrived at your store. She met us outside as we looked your lovely patio furniture. She was VERY Knowledgeable about the products you offer. We had questions about availability of some of your outdoor pieces and furniture in the store. She answered questions we had about different types of wood or stain in some of your furniture pieces. She had answers to all of our questions! If she was uncertain about something, she knew where to find the answer, that is an expertise of great value in customer service! She told us of upcoming sales and specials and invited us to join your customer mailing list. We ended up leaving your store after purchasing a bedroom suit and plan to revisit your store to buy some outside furniture in the near future. I give Amanda a five star rating! What an asset Amanda is to your business. We will be back!

Premier was recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. We were greeted with a smile and a friendly face. We were looking for chairs to go with our antique oak table. I was looking for a certain size and the sweet young lady got out a tape measure and she measured several chairs, lining them up according to size. She showed us several options and helped to choose a stain that would compliment our table. The chairs are beautiful and very sturdy! We’ve never had such nice chairs and we are so pleased.
