We had purchased a kitchen table and chairs a few years back. Recently, I decided I wanted a single chair to sit at a computer stand. While visiting the showroom, I found the chair I wanted. Joseph remembered our set and the color. While the leather fabric was no longer available, he was able to match the leather to our satisfaction. We have purchased several pieces of furniture from Joseph. The quality is second to none. It may take a few months to receive but worth the wait.

We recently purchased two glider outdoor chairs. Premier Design had a great selection of colors and styles and all the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely keep Premier Design in mind for any future purchases. Joseph was also very knowledgeable and made recommendations for a project we are considering. Check them out. We ordered 2 poly wood swivel/glide chairs for our front porch and absolutely love them. Rhoda helped us when we stopped at the store and was very knowledgeable and courteous. In addition, the cost of the chairs was so reasonable and the free delivery was a perk! We’ll definitely be going back because there’s a dining room table and chairs that I have my eye on!
We bought an outdoor dining set for our patio. We looked at several other places and this is the best quality we found. It is heavy and won't blow off our patio. Premier Design had several suggestions that we had not thought about. We appreciated the ideas. When the set came in, we weren't quite ready for it, and they worked with us on a delivery date. They seemed to really want us to be happy, and we are.
Premier Design offers excellent service and the quality of the table and chairs look beautiful in our dining room. Delivery and setup was flawless taking care to assemble the table which was a snap. Most excellent people to work with, super friendly and I was very impressed with the knowledge of our salesperson, Rodah. The quality of our outdoor patio furniture is outstanding, the company totally stands by it 100% for lifetime, which is great. The delivery was very good and great guys, thanks John. We have our patio furniture set by our “Happy Pace” at our campground and so many of our friends really enjoy sitting by our campsite. Some good friends of ours liked it so much, they purchased a set of high top rocker/swivel chairs.

The people at Premier Design were very friendly and helpful. We had stopped at a lot of places that day (everyone everywhere was helpful) and had seen a lot of tables and chairs, but when we saw the one at Premier, we knew we had found the right one. We had been looking for a month! It is beautiful and well crafted. The chairs are a bit heavy, but we knew that. Your Chamber of Commerce person pointed us to the furniture stores in your area and said that you were having an open house that day. Thank you! we will enjoy that set for years to come!

We met Julie and 2 other people, but unfortunately cannot remember their names. They were all very nice and helpful. We were introduced to Premier Design Furniture at a Home Show in St. Charles, MO. We fell in love with their glider chairs and could hardly get out of them they were so comfortable. We ended up buying 2 gliders. We were in the process of buying a new house and the Premier people were kind enough to hold the gliders for us until we moved into our new home. We neglected to give them our new address for delivery. Premier delivered to our old address because that is what they had on file which was in Illinois. Our new house is in Missouri, quite a distance away and they were kind enough to make the adjustment and deliver to new house the same day. I call that above and beyond customer service. We will definitely do business with Premier Design Furniture again in the future. It was a pleasure to meet such kind, friendly and easy to work with people.

We purchased an Adirondack Glider and are very pleased with it. We highly recommend Premier Design. The sales staff is very friendly and not high pressure. Our piece was delivered on time and they even called later to ask if all went well. Hard to beat this kind of customer service!
We visited Premier Design at their Spring Open House where we met Joe. He was very personable and helped us design a cabinet for an antique record player. It matches the wood and design of our other furniture in that room perfectly. It is premium quality and Joe, the staff, and the ones who delivered were kind and caring. They even called later to see if we were satisfied. We would definitely use their expertise for future purchases. Please check them out. It is well worth your time.

We ordered a wooden cabinet that can extend to a 90" long table, and we could not be happier with our purchase!! The cabinet in itself is beautiful but having the functionality to extend to a table when needed is beyond awesome. The workmanship is absolutely incredible, and the staff is equally amazing...from the sales staff to the persons making the delivery, everyone was top notch with which to work. We used the table at a family gathering and it worked perfectly. Just looking at the cabinet, it appears to just be a cabinet with one long drawer across the top and two doors for storage on the lower section but the portion that appears to be a drawer is actually a telescoping frame with legs for the table and one of the doors below holds six leaves that, if all are used, will provide a table measuring 90" in length. The other door is for storage and has a drawer inside, as well. We had recently gotten new kitchen cabinets and Premier Design went the extra mile to use stain to match our cabinets so that it blends perfectly with the rest of the kitchen. It truly is a beautiful piece of furniture and it's so nice to not have to have a full-length table to maneuver around all of the time when it is only needed once in a while. It works perfectly for us and if anyone else has a similar situation where a big table is only needed once in a while, check this one out! Premier Design makes beautiful and functional furniture. You won't be disappointed!! I'll also add that once the sale is made and delivered, they didn't forget us, they even made a follow-up call to be sure that the table met our expectations and that it worked perfectly. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option.

We went to the home show in Champaign today. We visited our favorite business. We have bought several things from Joseph and Julie. We still love our kitchen table and leather chairs. The stone fireplace makes a great focal point in our basement. We have a couple of chairs that everyone who comes to our house comments on how comfortable they are. You can’t compare the quality of this furniture to any other U.S. made furniture.

We always love visiting Arcola. It’s a special little town. We were looking for furniture for our living (log) room. We found Premier Design, met with Loren, who helped us pick out some wonderful chairs (gliders) with awesome fabric designs. We also purchased an end table and coffee table as well. We couldn’t be happier. The furniture is perfectly suited for our log cabin room. All the employees (Amanda, Loren, Tracy) we met at the store were super friendly and helpful. Tim and Loren delivered the furniture and set it up in our living room. Everything was in perfect condition. Great job by all!

I have never had anything less than excellent service from the wonderful folks at Premier Design Furniture. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Every interaction with folks in the store has been delightful; the ladies I’ve worked with have been very knowledgeable and have been able to answer every question asked. I’ve ordered items by visiting the store when I’m in Illinois and also by finding something online and ordering by email and telephone.
I’ve ordered a dining room table, chairs, bar stools, and living room furniture (chairs, ottomans, and end table) and every item was beautifully crafted to the specifications chosen. I was able to choose the type and color of the wood and the fabric of the chairs and everything has been exactly what was ordered. The shipping cost was not outrageous and the items that were delivered were brought straight to my door.
If you’re interested in beautiful, solid furniture that will last several lifetimes, Premier Design is the place to go.

Everything , location, quality of products and the friendly environment and staff could not be any better. We went there for open house with no intentions of buying anything however once we seen and sat in the gliders we knew it was destined for them to be on our porch to help us enjoy our retirement. We started out buying two lawn chairs and a table because I was able to sit in them comfortably and still touch the ground. Amanda then told us that they had a short recliner, but they had just sold the one in stock. She stayed in touch and let us know when the chair was in again. We visited on a leek after shopping at Beachy,
intending only to look, as we were just starting to shop for a dining set. As we were perusing the furniture, we were approached by Amanda. The long and short of it is she walked us through your whole process, showed us different styles, wood, and finishes, and put together the perfect table and chairs for us. Never once did we feel anything but welcomed and attended to; there was absolutely no pressure at all. When all was said and done, we stood outside your store and were stunned that we had just bought the exact dining set we were looking for. Amanda is an absolute joy to work with and a consummate professional.
We received our table recently. It was delivered and assembled by two pleasant
and competent gentlemen who persevered despite having to navigate the destruction from Helene in our area. And the table and chairs? Possibly the most beautiful furniture we’ve ever owned. We thoroughly enjoy it.

Premier was recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. We were greeted with a smile and a friendly face. We were looking for chairs to go with our antique oak table. I was looking for a certain size and the sweet young lady got out a tape measure and she measured several chairs, lining them up according to size. She showed us several options and helped to choose a stain that would compliment our table. The chairs are beautiful and very sturdy! We’ve never had such nice chairs and we are so pleased.
